This project is 21,000 square metres of new construction. Mechanical work will include a standalone, central plant for heating and cooling. Mechanical systems are chosen for energy efficiency and include in-slab (heat and cool) hydronic systems, chilled beam coiling system, displacement ventilation systems, and variable air volume systems. Electrical work will include sprinkler, fire alarm, security, audiovisual equipment, data, voice communication systems, state of the art lighting and control systems.
